So where is the Easter bunny in the bible? Its not. In fact the rabbit is an unclean meat, and you want to use this pagan fertility idol as something to represent God? Ironically we hunt these things when we dwell in the woods and cook them over a fire. We see this in TV and movies of travelers hunting for food ...
Pork, bacon, ham, pepperoni ... all considered unclean foods and yet we eat it. many people eat ham for the different pagan holidays such as Easter, Christmas even sometimes Thanksgiving. Pizza has become notorious for pepperoni being the most popular topping ...
We are told that bugs and grubs in the ground have lots of nutrients, yet some (not all) are rejected as a food source in Gods word ...
Red Lobster! ... Crabs, shrimp and lobsters are not permitted to be eaten, but only fish with scales and fins are permitted ...
Many claim these laws were given to the Jews. So were the Commandments. Do we then ignore them as well? Jesus said the Laws of righteousness are for Jew, Gentile and all nations!
If a preacher tells you its ok to eat these animals then may he also say that its ok for you to go out and cheat on your spouse and commit murder, for he then says it is ok to deny God's words and to break His laws ...
