Our country is being torn apart by a bunch of unfit idiots and all we do is sit up here and cry about it and still call ourselves Christians. God never asked us just sit and accept persecution as a way of life. I can promise this, that with these new changes in our government and ridding the U.S. of the Bill Of Rights that WE will be the ones who suffer for it more than anyone else. Because someone is going to fight back claiming to be a person of God, but the manner they choose to fight will not be of God. It will be an act of fanaticism and that will bring down terrible repercussions on us all ...
Do not forget as well that our military which is now more corrupted than ever, has some of our children and husbands and fathers. Many of who are going to be faced with extreme moral dilemmas when it comes time to turn against the country they are supposed to be protecting.
I believe God will hold many of us accountable for our utter lack of action just as much as he will hold the persecutors and corrupted leaders accountable for their ignorant blindness while doing the devils bidding ...
I am not saying we shouldn't be praying, but where has that alone gotten us? (Don't get me wrong, prayer is an action, but for many it is only a time filled with words) The Bible specifically states that our actions will ALWAYS speak louder than our words. James 1:22-25. This includes how we live, what we live by after the Sunday services and what we do in the world, beyond how we pray at home. "Gods children should be seen and not heard" I believe those words to mean that our voices are meaningless without action to back them up. That we should be seen doing for God, not merely standing in a rally with signs of protest or replying angrily to some online news post. Even preaching in the streets is ignored anymore. So what have we done? We have allowed our churches to conform to the ways the world does things in order to get their attention and THAT I am sorry to say is why church has become an entertainment hall for social hour rather than a place of salvation and truth!
There are many things in the Bible that have become little more than cliche's used and tossed around as if they bear no real impact on our lives. Such as "faith without works is dead" ... I see a lot of praying and worship and celebrating, but I see no works. I see no unified front outside the church. Church has become little more than a social life. Those who utilize the church for little more than selfish needs and resources may very well be the first to fall and even succumb to things like the micro chip. Because they didn't go to church to hear the word or to heed any warnings. They were there for the entertainment and fun of it all.
I tell you that I am scared. I am very scared of what can become of my wife and I. We have not had a stable income. nor have we been able to stock up on food. Myself, I am use to going without and could very likely survive a while in a post apocalyptic world, but I worry for my wife, even if she were right along with me I do not know if I am strong enough to watch her suffer ... So I do try and remain steadfast in the Word and to keep myself clean in the Spirit. Every bad word or thought, or negative action and attitude is followed by asking forgiveness so it does not linger and so that when the Rapture happens I can be ready and know I won't be left behind ...
I don't claim to be perfect or better at this than anyone. I've spent the larger part of my Apostolic life letting things linger, putting things off and getting into trouble. I preach to myself as much as anyone up here. All I am saying is that I have seen enough of the endtmes at work now to finally realize that whatever I lack on this earth has nothing to do with getting myself to Heaven. Because folks, Im gonna be honest ... Hell scares me ...
All I can say to any of you is that if you do not maintain a genuinely righteous and Holy relationship with God in your personal time while no one else is around, that "being seen" by others will not help your soul ...
