I've been asked before why, if I suspected my wife was being tempted to cheat or had cheated, why didnt I report that to her attorney or a judge. (Her attorney did ask me) Well it shouldn't be hard to figure out that I don't trust the law of man. All it does is destroy or help to destroy. I would have never use it to hurt my wife. The Bible says not to use the law of man against fellow Christians ... Family Law included ... enough said!
This applies to family and marriage more than anything amd why I am very strongly against Family Destroyer Court ...
"Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life? If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life, do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge? I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you, not even one, who will be able to judge between his brethren? But brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers!"
"Now therefore, it is already an utter failure for you that you go to law against one another. Why do you not rather accept wrong? Why do you not rather let yourselves be cheated?"

Its also immoral, unethical and ungodly to lower a man from the level of fatherhood to babysitter (who has to pay to see his child) is not only a cruel act against a man, but more so against a child. Forcing the child to be trapped in two lives and to live a lie.
to be raised in a lie. A lie because the marriage should have never ended, and many times still exists in God's eyes.
"Avoiding a fight is a mark of honor; only fools insist on quarreling." (Prov 20:3)
Quarrelling includes using man's law to hurt your spouse ...
Using the court of mans law against your spouse or fellow Christian for no other reason than convenience or just reckless abandon is the cowards way out and is also the reason God will never acknowledge a divorce as long I choose to remain loyal to my wife ...
