1 Timothy 6:10 (KJV) "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." There has been a mixture of discussion the last few days and the other day when I mentioned that our countries government and military holidays <specifically Presidential ones> set aside for individuals to me is a form of idolizing these men, many of who were Freemasons ... well when I made that point it came to mind that the paper dollar and the coinage with the faces of these men on them is also idolatry on the part of the inventors. I personally have always despised paper money and the forced need for our current kind of currency. I have never minded using coins or debit cards tho, but now even using plastic has become a risky business ... I would prefer to live back when trade and barter as well as the coin was still a way of life. The invention of paper money has brought nothing but economic disaster. I sometimes wonder what the Christians who lived at the time of this creation had to say about it ... Attachments:
