Matthew 24:10-13 "And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. [11] And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. [12] And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. [13] But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."
People if you are a part of a large congregation or organization with popular and demanded preachers, you are the many who are deceived. There are many popular preachers who are popular because they do not preach truth or whole truth. That which no one wants to hear ...
The Scripture says that "he" meaning the chosen few will be saved. Those of us who are constantly argued against and ridiculed by you so called Christians are the ones who God will call home while saying to you "I never knew you, you workers of inquity"
Not even the all those who have suffered persecution are all truly saved.. Many of them were simply labeled by there association to Christianity. So they were marked. Just as we see someone entering a bar and automatically assume they are drunkards. Not everyone who goes into bars come out drunk. Just as not everyone who enters a church comes out saved ...
Are you starting to see? Are you beginning to realize that the majority are not the chosen? That popularity is usually a sign of something amiss? Do you not see or are you simply afraid to end up alone and unaccepted?
I do not claim that every individual who attends popular churches are not in the full truth. I believe there are others as myself who exist as "sheep in wolves clothing" but we do not know each other nor are we able to reveal ourselves "safely" for lack of a better term. Myself however, I am not all comfortable going during the holidays. I can barely tolerate being around the family during the celebrations of so much devilry. I will not go to a so called church and listen to it being called something for God ...
I did know a man once who was part of a Nazerene church and still believed in the baptism and the Holy Ghost. That friendship was later destroyed by circumstances, but the point is we do exist under the cover of "blending in"
Tho myself, when I visit my wife's church, I can tell that some people are uncomfortable because they know how I preach and they are blinded from such truth. The worst part about going is that its always the women telling me I need to come more and making statements in an attempt to assert authority over me. The men don't talk to me unless I approach them. Women seem to have almost total control over that church with everything from ministries to song worship and leading worldly programs ...
Moving along ...
I have made the point of this message already. That being that there were no truth speakers in the Bible who were well respected or welcomed by very many. Many of the disciples, apostles and Paul were eventually executed for their inability to tickle ears. There were some truth tellers from the Biblical times who had the favor of men in power, but in our time I have yet too see such a thing ...
